Whom Do I Contact if I Have a Question?

Please do not contact your salesperson if you have a question. Angela is the general manager. John L. is the construction manager. They are both available from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday‑Friday at (661) 869‑1002. Please direct any inquires to Angela or John and they will follow up with appropriate measures.

How Long will My Job Take?

Under normal circumstances, the entire process takes 4 to 12 weeks from completion of finance if applicable, and/or building permits. However, this time can vary, depending on Homeowners Assoc. Approvals, permit, product availability, financing, ect. Fortunately, the actual construction usually takes only one day to three week, depending on the type of improvement you have chosen.

Will You Keep Me Updated?

As your project progresses, Angela will contact you with information of approvals, delivery times and labor schedules.

When will the Job be Scheduled?

Angela will contact you to schedule the time to start the job. All projects are installed in the order received after financing and permits are complete and you do not have to be at home while your installation is in progress.

Scheduled Start Date Requirements:

1. We will need access to the job area.
2. All animals must be secured.
3. Electricity must be available.

Schedule Change?

Due to the unpredictability of weather conditions, and product availability, the schedule might change. We apologize for any inconveniences that this may cause.

Why is the Job Taking Longer to Complete?

When it seems that it is taking too long (peak times, weather, or other delays), please remember that we do not hire seasonal workers to expedite installations. Our installers are the best in the industry and are worth the wait. Your home improvement will last for decades to come, and is maintenance and trouble free.
